He has been associated with leading a Chartered Accountants Firm and has a rich experience and knowledge of over 10 years in the field of Taxation, Auditing, Accounting, Income Tax Consultancy, Due diligence etc.
He has been at the forefront in providing Fixed Asset verification and Management services to our clientele. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. She has extensive experience in human resource management, legal and related compliances.

CA. Saurabh Batavia is the Non-executive Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He holds a diploma in IFRS from London, UK.

Mr Ravindra Jaiswal is the Non-executive Director of the Company and holds a post-graduate management degree from Mumbai University. With more than 20 years of extensive experience in developing and managing relationships with senior-level management in diverse industries.
He has a strong corporate finance and taxation background, keen business sense, with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments. He takes care of all the technology-based initiatives including Asset Verification and Due Diligence, etc to name a few.

Mr Sekhar Appala is an Advisor of the company and has been associated with the company. He is spearheading the Business Development of the company.
